You can tell the dedication someone has to their craft by how long they continue it for. Hoobastank are one of those bands that have always been in it for the long haul. They’ve been a band for almost as long as Black Velvet has been a zine, originally forming in 1994. They’ve seen the highs and they’ve felt some lows. 2018 saw the band head out on The Reason 15 year anniversary tour as well as release new album, ‘Push Pull’, an album that sees the four-piece venturing into new territories and exploring new sounds. With a UK co-headlining tour with Buckcherry, Black Velvet headed out to see the band and chatted to them about their dedication, friendship and celebrating human flaws.
