he more things change, the more they stay the same. At least,
Tthat is what they say, and, in the case of Northern rockers Ter-
rorvision, it certainly is. It's been over 10 years since they released
new music but, even so, their popularity remains the same among
their loyal fans, which, as frontman Tony Wright will soon tell Black
Velvet, is seeping its way through to the younger generation. And
it's little wonder why, because, while their songs remain brilliantly
fabulous and bonkers, they also remain remarkably relevant. No
mean feat for a band whose peak run was over 20 years ago, but,
again, just an example of how the more things change, the more
they stay the same. And, with that in mind, we revelled in the op-
portunity to ask Tony just how the topics that made their songs hits
in the 1990s still apply to modern day life.
